Delivery
All delivery charges are for UK mainland. Please contact our office on 01603 633699 for a quotation to non mainland address.
Sofas, beds and sideboards are two man deliveries and your order will be unpacked, assembled and placed in your required position. All other deliveries are to doorstep unless otherwise requested in advance or described on the item details.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check that items will fit through doors and stair areas etc.
Delivery times quoted are approximate, customers will be kept updated on their orders from our office.
The warehouse office will book goods in for delivery to you as soon as they are available.
If goods are delivered but on arrival no one is at the property a re-delivery charge will usually apply of £90 for large furniture items or standard delivery charges for smaller items.
Orders for multiple items may be delivered separately.
We will require a signature for all deliveries.
Small items under 25kg will usually be dispatched by courier and signed for unchecked.
Unless specified items will require minimum of self assembly.
